Biological treatment is one of the most important methods in wastewater treatment. According to the metabolic characteristics of microorganisms, it can be divided into aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms. With clay, iron, activated carbon as raw materials, adding a certain amount of additives, with water granulation binder, under a certain temperature baking granular packing in micro electrolysis. Experimental results show that: in the volume of clay, iron, activated carbon ratio 2:4:4, ammonium chloride as additives and adding amount was 0.5% (mass fraction), calcination temperature for 600 degrees conditions, preparation of micro electrolysis filler has the best wastewater treatment effect. The COD removal rate of the low concentration dye wastewater (COD 591.5mg/L) was 75%.
